Project Scope
This roof replacement project was in El Dorado, Arkansas, at Washington Middle School and marks one of three projects performed for the El Dorado School district. When our estimators showed up on the jobsite to evaluate the situation, storms had just swept through and blown off the existing modified bitumen roof system. Our team noted obvious deficiencies on the roof such as leaking, detached roof membrane, etc. The school needed a timely response and solution to keep the building watertight and prevent future damage.

The biggest takeaway from this project was the emergency response and the client’s need to keep the building watertight. Furthermore, keeping the noise down while maintaining a clean and safe jobsite with school in session was critical. Our team excelled on all fronts and provided a sound roof system that will protect our client’s property for many years to come.
