The biggest challenge with this project was ground space. Our team had no room to setup on the ground while keeping the landscaping in-tact. Metal panels had to be replaced in three areas in front of the store. From the onset of the project, our crew focused on maintaining daily operations without sacrificing safety to anyone inside. With proper planning, we were able to complete all three areas safely throughout the day in order to keep all patrons and management happy and safe. Weather was a factor with the project taking place during the rainy season. Almost every afternoon, we received a shower or chance of rain, so we had to work accordingly.
