During the roof replacement process, our commercial roofing team went back with approximately five inches of insulation with a product called Enkamat to reduce noise in the auction arena, relative to rain or anything that could create noise on the roof. On top of that layer, we installed a COR-TEN corrugated metal product that was designed to rust and then stop, preserving that historic look that our client desired in this roof replacement process.

The benefit of operating our own in-house sheet metal department really expedites projects such as this one. Supreme does not need to wait on other sheet metal provider to fabricate gutters, downspouts or other metal accessories, as all that is done at our Dallas office. Our sheet metal department resurfaced and restored some of the pre-existing products to ensure the exact look and finish that the client desired.

Finding the right sheet metal product mix with the architect presented one of the bigger challenges in this project. Together, Supreme and the architects worked through several samples before selecting the exact sheet metal gameplan for the auction arena.
