EMERGENCY REPAIRS
Kay Bailey Hutchison
Dallas (TX) Emergency Response - 2019
Project Scope
Located in downtown Dallas, KBHCC had a single-ply roof membrane rapidly deteriorating and causing major leak issues leading to interior damage at the front entrance. Our project management team created a new 24,400 sq. ft. roof system that fit the budget. We mechanically fastened a 45 mil. TPO membrane directly over the existing failing membrane. Our team installed this roof with the idea of giving the city multiple years to acquire the funding needed to install a 20 to 30-year roof system in the future, while eliminating any worries about leaks or interior damage in the meantime.
Highlights
- Size: 24,400 Sq. ft.
- Roof Type: TPO
