A new construction project totaling 14,000 square feet of roof area with a clear-story elevated section in the center of the main building. Supreme installed a Siplast two-ply, cool roof modified-bitumen system, with veral roof flashings and protective walk pads around every HVAC unit. On the screen wall, we wrapped the backside with a TPO membrane as an additional layer of waterproofing. An interesting part of this project was the 900 square foot paver patio. We installed a warrantable system that included tapered polyiso insulation, a cover board and Siplast TPO roof membrane beneath the Wausau paver system to meet the demands of the architect.
