The Supreme Roof Asset Management Program (RAMP) is a proactive program that helps you cost-effectively manage your roof investment and helps you guard your manufacturer’s warranty.
If a roof is under a manufacturer’s warranty, it may be a requirement to have it inspected annually or semi-annually to keep the warranty in effect. Our RAMP investigation differentiates between recommendations that affect your warranty and those that do not. This method ensures building owners that they will have the knowledge to maintain their roof without voiding their warranty. Defects (warranted items) become the responsibility of the manufacturer and can save the building owner significant money that can be reinvested in the maintenance of the building.
As part of this program, our roof inspection reports are available in text form or online in electronic format. Digital photographs are provided with each report and illustrate defects in the roofing system. A Supreme Roofing Systems representative can tailor the RAMP report to each company’s specifications and needs. Budget projections are also part of the program and assist building management in preparing for future expenditures and protecting the roof asset.
