In the commercial roofing industry, products, roofing systems and safety requirements are always changing. Supreme embraces industry advances, continued learning and new product innovations to stay at the forefront of the industry. We provide weekly safety training to all of our employees. We also actively participate in ongoing safety training and manufacturer training for new products.
Beyond the latest product and safety training, Supreme’s leaders and employees also actively serve as innovative industry leaders.
During the past two decades, Tim Rainey, CEO of Supreme Roofing has served as an active leader in the roofing industry. He has served as a member of various industry boards and committees, at the regional, state and national levels. He served on NRCA’s Executive Committee as Vice President (07-09), and on NRCA’s Board of Directors since 2003. In addition, he has chaired and provided leadership on numerous association committees, as well as the Board of Trustees for the Roofing Industry Alliance for Progress, NRCA’s foundation. He is also an elite member of NRCA’s Political Insiders Council and, in 2010, served as President of the North Texas Roofing Contractors Association (NTRCA). He has also spearheaded numerous community service projects, including the roofing project for The Women’s Center, winner of the national 2009 Gold Circle Service to the Community Award from the NRCA.
Other Supreme team members are also at the forefront of the industry as leaders and stand-out professionals. Craig Rainey, head of Supreme’s service and maintenance division, is a Past President and currently serves on the board of the NTRCA (North Texas Roofing Contractors Association). Supreme staff members have also received various awards and recognition for their leadership and strength in the industry. Among these are Richard Weibley, George Denton and Charles Navatta, all long-time employees of Supreme Roofing Systems. Richard Weibley is one of the first 14 roofing professionals in the country and the first in Texas to qualify as a Certified Solar Roofing Professional™ (CSRP™) by Roof Integrated Solar Energy™ (RISE™). George Denton was among 10 roofing professionals selected from across the U.S. to receive a 2010-2011 Most Valuable Player (MVP) Award from The Roofing Industry Alliance for Progress AND selected as the recipient of the Alliance’s 2010-2011 “Best of the Best Award” and RoofConnect’s first national KeyLink award. Charles Navatta was also among the 10 roofing professionals selected from across the U.S. to receive a 2010-2011 Most Valuable Player (MVP) Award from The Roofing Industry Alliance for Progress.
