Tim Rainey, President
As president and co-founding partner of Supreme Roofing Systems, Tim Rainey has over 35 years experience in the roofing and construction services industry. He started in the roofing industry in 1977 as a laborer and worked his way up through the ranks to Operations Manager. In 1987, he co-founded Supreme Roofing Systems with Jeff Sterrett. During the past decade, Tim has also served actively as a leader on numerous roofing industry boards and committees. His dedication to the commercial roofing industry is evidenced by the time he has donated on NRCA’s Executive Committee as Vice President (07-09), and NRCA’s Board of Directors since 2003. In addition, Mr. Rainey has chaired and provided leadership on numerous association committees, as well as the Board of Trustees for the Roofing Industry Alliance for Progress, NRCA’s foundation. He is also an elite member of NRCA’s Political Insiders Council, a group dedicated to supporting pro-business candidates for the U.S. Senate and House of Representatives. In 2010, he served as President of the North Texas Roofing Contractors Association. He has also spearheaded numerous community service projects, including the roofing project for The Women’s Center, winner of the national 2009 Gold Circle Service to the Community Award from the NRCA.
Jeff Sterrett, CFO
Jeff brings more than 25 years of financial, operations, business development, sales, leadership and job site experience to his role as CFO and co-founder of Supreme Roofing Systems, where his focus includes finance, channel partners, legal and patents. Jeff holds a BS in business administration and finance from Truman State University.
Tim McMillin, Sr. VP, Operations
With 30+ years of roofing industry experience, Tim McMillin has worked in all areas of commercial roofing, across the full gamut of roofing systems, from single-ply to built-up roof to modified bitumen. He knows the business from the ground up, starting as a field employee and quickly working his way up to foreman, field support manager and project/operations manager before taking over as Senior VP, heading up Operations for Supreme Roofing. Tim is also a strong leader, both at Supreme and in the roofing industry, where he is an active member of the North Texas Roofing Contractors Association (NTRCA) and served on the NTRCA board of directors in 2000 and 2001.
Pat Duffy, VP of Estimating
Pat Duffy brings 20+ years of commercial roofing experience to the Supreme Roofing Systems team. Leading the sales estimating team, Pat’s entire career has been focused on estimating and project management. Project highlights include the Minute Maid Ballpark in Houston, American Airlines in Tulsa, the SMU Basketball Arena in Dallas, Tarrant County Community College, Walmart’s across the country and Victory Plaza in Dallas. He holds a BS in Business Administration from West Virginia University.
Craig Rainey, Manager of Service Division
Craig has had roofing in his blood since he was born and has worked in the industry for close to a decade. He now serves as the manager of Supreme’s service and maintenance division and is active as a leader in the industry, serving on the NTRCA (North Texas Roofing Contractors Association) board of directors. Craig holds a bachelor of science in finance from the University of Alabama.
Todd Gilmore, Sheet Metal Manager
Todd brings close to 20 years of roofing and commercial sheet metal installation experience to the table at Supreme Roofing Systems. He joined the Supreme team in 2001 and quickly rose from Foreman to Superintendent to his current position as Sheet Metal Manager. He is certified by multiple manufacturers and has worked on projects that range from schools, churches and government facilities to malls and prisons. Todd’s résumé includes high profile and/or award-winning roofing and architectural sheet metal projects such as the Gaylord Texan Resort, Rockwall County Justice Center, Radio Shack Corporate Headquarters, Rangers Ballpark in Arlington, Residential Commons at SMU, Arborlawn United Methodist Church, Red Oak Ranch and TDCJ Terrell Unit. He is a strong, creative problem solver and designer who excels at bringing concepts and custom projects to reality. He enjoys creating and building custom sheet metal designs that result in satisfied customers for life.
